Insurance Policy
As a courtesy to our private insurance patients, we will file a claim on your behalf but please note that it is ulitmately the patients responsibility to ensure that payments for claims are made. Patients should familiarize themselves with their dental plan and understand its limitations, co-payments and deductibles.
Payment for services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget and gives your child the best possible care.
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express)
- Debit Cards
We have also established third party financing through Care Credit. They offer a full range of No Interest & Extended Payment plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000. Please contact Care Credit for additional information.
