Insurance Policy

As a courtesy to our private insurance patients, we will file a claim on your behalf but please note that it is ulitmately the patients responsibility to ensure that payments for claims are made. Patients should familiarize themselves with their dental plan and understand its limitations, co-payments and deductibles.
